CORNUCOPIAS

Cornucopias: "The Island" is a new multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), with Play-to-Earn, Host-to-Earn and Build-To-Earn dynamics, developed on the Cardano blockchain. 

The Island will be a dome-filled world where players will be able to own their own plots of land, and own different types of NFT-based assets that can be bought, sold or traded with other players, either directly or using the game's internal marketplace, as well as secondary marketplaces.

Players will be able to buy a plot of land, in the form of NFT, on which they will have the possibility to build their own dome. Each dome or bubble will have a different theme and features, allowing players to freely explore the vast world, participating in mini-games and collecting valuable resources.

Here are just a few of the game loops we are currently developing:

Resource gathering and trading

Players can explore the different domes to gather resources such as minerals, plants, and animals. These resources can then be traded with other players or NPC merchants to earn in-game currency.

Building and construction

Players can use the resources they gather to construct and upgrade buildings, vehicles, and other structures. These can be used for personal use or renting out to other players for a fee.

Questing and missions

Players can take on various quests and missions that offer rewards such as in-game currency, resources, and rare items. These can range from simple tasks such as delivering goods to more complex missions that involve exploring ruins.

Farming and agriculture

Players can create their own farms and grow crops, raising and breeding animals to trade or sell in the game economy.

Exploration and discover

Players can explore the different domes and discover hidden locations, rare resources, and ancient artifacts. These can be sold or traded to other players or used to unlock new abilities or upgrades.

Crafting and production

Players can use the resources they gather to craft items such as weapons, armor, and tools. These items can be sold to other players or used for personal use.

Services and business

Players can start their own businesses like shops, transport service, and accommodation service, allowing them to earn in-game currency through providing services to other players.

PVP Events

With your custom dome, you can design and build your own PVP game and charge admission and offer players rewards for their achievements.

Cornucopias Racing League

Race players from all around the world and compete for in-game currency. Hop on your GTI Javelin or any other in-game vehicle and head over to the mega dome that’s home to the Cornucopias Racing League and join in the adrenaline fueled excitement.

The game offers a wide variety of built kits, each with its own unique architectural style and climate to choose from.
