WHAT IS LEYJA
Leyja is a stunning natural valley carved between 400-meter-high mountains. Located in NEOM, Saudi Arabia, this new sustainable tourism destination promises a unique experience to its visitors.
Three boutique hotels, each with their own unique offerings, will be tailored to each guest’s preferences:
Adventure Hotel: For the more active adventurers, with activities such as hiking, climbing and cycling. It stands with a deconstructed design, ascending the walls of the wadi with the grace of an ethereal staircase, barely grazing the natural terrain. Perched atop the cliff and hugging the valley slopes, this enclave is ideal for those who crave rock climbing and other vibrant experiences in the surrounding area. An architectural tribute that blends with nature, providing a perfect setting to explore the energy of the environment.
The Oasis Hotel: An oasis of peace and tranquility in the heart of the valley, ideal for relaxing and enjoying the views. The second jewel, nestled in the epicenter of the vast wadi oasis, emerges gracefully from the rock itself. A sculptural staircase, poetic gateway to adventure, leads to panoramas that embrace the entire valley, inviting exploration with a touch of wonder.
Wellness Hotel: A hotel with a holistic approach to wellness, offering health, fitness and rejuvenation programs. The third wonder stands as an immersive sanctuary of wellness, adorned with a high-tech façade that reflects the very essence of its surroundings. This reflective surface captures the majesty of the surrounding natural beauty, giving the wadi the illusion of flowing directly through its walls. A harmonious encounter between modernity and the serenity of nature.
It has a total of 120 rooms and suites distributed among the three hotels, each designed to harmonize with the environment, be sustainable and offer different experiences.
All three properties will feature rooftop infinity pools.
The third facility is intended as a wellness retreat, is designed so as not to interrupt the ancient watercourse that ran through the valley, and will feature a high-tech reflective façade that mirrors the rock walls.
In addition, all three properties will feature rooftop infinity pools and guests will be able to take guided tours of the wadis, the Arabic term for wadis, as well as hiking, mountain biking and climbing trails.
